Ima let all the doggos finish, but everyone knows cats are the best pets.
Also, here’s a pretty beach sunset. :)

I know I’d pay dearly but I want to scratch that belly.

Actually, you wouldn’t pay dearly at all. Enzo LOVES belly scratches. It’s the first thing he does when I get home from work is roll over so I can give him a good belly rub. He never unsheathes his claws. When he wants me to stop, he just rolls back over and gets up.
Now... walking down the hallway can sometimes be a different story, though. He likes to ambush my ankles. Hehe. But again, no claws. Unless I’m wearing jeans and he knows he can’t hurt me.
He’s a pretty great cat. :)

ZOMG!!! Such a cutie!!!
And you’re right. I’m definitely his human. He chose me when I walked into the shelter. Not the other way around. :)

He’s just lulling you into a false sense of security. The day they rise, all you cat people will be cat food.

Blasphemy!
The best cat is one that acts like a dog.
This is BC. She’ll look you in the eyes and follow you around (because she loves her people). She’s more dog than my current dog (seriously).

Cats that act like dogs, eh? Does your cat sit on command? Because Enzo does. :)
(Not at all joking about that. I really did train him how to sit on command. It only took a couple of tries, too).

I don’t think on vocal commands, although she seems to take cues from some body motion I do, like most of the dogs my parents have had.
She comes when you call her, which is something I’ve never known another cat to do. In fact, she’s more consistent about that than my dog.
She lives with my parents due to pet policies in places I’ve lived over the years.

Don’t think you’re safe just because you’re a dog person. The cats will be the generals of the revolution, but who do you think will serve as their foot soldiers? That’s right: dogs.

Never! Dogs are loyal.
